There's something about living in an iceberg where you rarely see the sun that makes you grateful and happy about the little stuff. Today was the second day of 30 degree weather and it made me really happy. I know that to everyone else in the world that is still really cold, but hey, we'll take what we can get. And although I know that the warm weather will not stay long (I think it's supposed to snow again this weekend) it made me think of all the things that I'm grateful for and that make me happy. I'm going to share a few so that I can remember them and hopefully they'll make everyone who reads this happy too.
- The SUN (need I say more)
- Smiles
- Inside jokes
- Friends
- Great roommates
- Warm weather
- The snow melting enough that you can see the grass (no matter how brown and dead it is)
- Ice free sidewalks
- Laughing so hard it makes your stomach hurt
- Family
- Jesus Christ
- My bed (I know it's dumb but I really like my bed)
- Walks

Allison-Welcome to the club! I'm sure you will be a better blogger than I am. :)
I totally agree--I never thought I would get excited for 30 degree weather but after the teens and 20s it seems positively balmy! We're not as north as you so now we're in the 40s--spring will come to Rexburg too (although you might be gone by then!)
P.S. You look so much like Cheryl in your picture! Was I adopted?
